You acknowledge that opting out of receiving text (SMS) messages or emails may impact your use of the Services.

Orders that have not been paid for within 30 days of the drop off date will be considered abandoned and all property will be donated to charity. UNCLAIMED ITEMS All property once returned to a locker must be removed from the locker by customer within 76 hours. Property not claimed after 76 hours will be removed from the locker and items will be delivered back to our laundry center. Customers have up to 30 days to claim their property from our HQ /Selected nearest branch location. Any property not claimed within 30 days of the original returned date will be donated to charity.

We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Our liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.

Service days and turnaround time vary by location and service required. We will make its best reasonable effort to adhere to our service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.

Our tough security and privacy policy keeps your trusted information safe and private. Information can only be accessed by staff to assist you, access is only available to third parties if you have given written permission or is to assist in criminal investigations. We are the sole owner of information collected on this site and we guarantee that we will not sell, share, or rent your information to any outside parties.

By using our services you authorize us to collect, store and use your personal information to: Process your orders; Process your membership registration; Assist you in a customer service inquiries; Send you notification / promotional material; and Verify your identity with our payment partners.
