General

You can sign up and top up your wallet online at our website. Then, you're good to go. There are no monthly or yearly fees.
You can drop off your clothes at any of our lockers 24/7 and pick up from the same locker location. The standard turnaround time is 3 days, though some items may require longer. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Upon signup, you may choose to buy a credit package. You will be directed to our payment gateway partner’s page where you will have different options to pay, including credit/debit card. The purchased credit will be transferred to your account automatically upon successful payment.
You can check your laundry fee under the "Order" section after your items have been processed.
You can top up your account wallet using a credit or debit card. Simply navigate to Balance > Top Up.
When your clothes are ready, our system will notify you via SMS and email. If your balance is insufficient, the notification will contain payment instructions to top up your wallet. Once paid, the system will send you a Quick PIN to retrieve your clothes from the locker.
Credits can only be used to offset the bill on your order (1 credit = RM 1.00). Credit cannot be converted into cash.
No, your credit balance will not expire.
Yes. Please separate your garments into two bags (one for Dry Clean and one for Normal Wash). For normal wash, please fill in the Order Slip (available next to the locker) and place it inside the bag before drop-off.
We do our best to make sure lockers are always available by constantly monitoring usage levels. We clear the lockers as many times a day as needed to ensure availability.
We have a 24-hour turnaround for Wash & Fold and a 36-hour turnaround for Dry-Clean. Household items require a minimum of 3 days, and larger items like carpets or curtains may take between 5-10 days.

Locker

Once you sign up as a user, you may scan your unique QR ID to access the locker.
No, you don't need to reserve a locker. Just sign in at the kiosk and drop off your garment.
Our touchscreen controller will assign an empty locker for you automatically at random.
No, there is no minimum order for locker users. Even if you drop off 1 item, we will still process it.
We will send you an SMS/email as soon as your items are ready for pick up.
No, your clothes will likely be returned to a different locker at the same location. You only need to input the Pickup PIN (sent via SMS/email) at the touchscreen, and the door will open automatically.
You have up to 48 hours to pick up your clothes after receiving the notification. After 48 hours, we may remove the items and send them to our central facility. Please contact our hotline for any special requests.

Tracking

Upon drop-off, you will receive an order confirmation. We label individual items and photograph them to ensure they can be tracked throughout the process. You can review the photos of your items online.
As soon as we pick up your items, we photograph them and apply tracking labels. You can visit the "Order" section to review the items. If you notice a discrepancy, please contact our support within 48 hours.
You can check your order status in the "Order" section of the app or on our website by entering your mobile number or order ID.
